WebAug 16, 2024 · I ditched the rings and went for the coloplast patch. I use the 4X4 inch sheets and cut to the dimensions I want. You do have to cut a hole so a hole punch the size of the stoma is needed. I use a new-hope punch. The patch seems to deteriorate slower than the rings. Plus it seems to heal the skin for some reason.
